Saturday we spent the morning at the Western Heritage Musuem and took a trip to the Amazon. Here are the kids and Dad aboard the boat.

Love the soup recipe. I am definately going to be making this one as my hubby's favorite is mexican cuisine of any kind. It looks like a great one and easy too! Nice to meet you and will be checking back.
